The DWK Life Sciences Serum Vials are converted from Type I borosilicate glass tubing. These vials conform to the hydrolytic resistance requirements outlined in USP& EP 3.2.1.
These Serum Tubing Vials have a blowback feature in the neck and bottom radius for excellent strength; ideal for freeze drying (lyophilization).
TheClear Vials are constructed from Wheaton 200 low-extractable borosilicate glass tubing and meet ASTM Type I, Class A and USP Type I standards. While theAmber Vials are made from Wheaton 320 borosilicate glass and meet ASTM Type I, Class B and USP Type I standards. All vials are shrink-wrapped, to reduce particulate contamination. Autoclavable.
