The Enviro-Genie is a Refrigerator, Incubator, Rotator, Rocker, Stirrer for the study of microorganisms and tissue cell growth under strictly controlled conditions of temperature and agitation. Designed to provide the security of precise temperature control and uniformity for demanding incubation/refrigeration applications without taking up a great deal of space.
Cell cultures depend on optimized growth conditions in order to thrive. With precise temperature and CO₂ control, Benchmark’s SureTherm™ Incubators provide the perfect environment for your cultures. All SureTherm™ Incubators feature a proprietary heat distribution system that combines 6-sided heating with a low-speed internal fan. Air is circulated uniformly throughout the chamber without air exchange from the external environment. This results in a controlled, protected environment with minimal temperature fluctuations (within 0.1°C).
These are the first and only incubators equipped with (patent pending) IncuView™ LCI (Live Cell Imaging) technology for viewing cells in “real time”. An internal microscope and large, external display allow cells to be viewed without removal from the incubator, eliminating the inherent temperature fluctuations and risk of contamination. Cells are easily viewed on the large, integrated display or viewed locally or remotely with a wifi enabled phone, tablet, or computer.
Cell viewing requires optional IncuView Integrated Microscope Shelf (Item H3565-45-LCI or H3565-180-LCI.)

Expanded Temperature Range
A small footprint, compact, stackable design and expanded temperature range make the 211DS incubators ideal for molecular biology and general use. Its integral orbital shaker makes it highly versatile.
Stable Temperature Control
Labnet's exclusive SmartChek temperature control system guarantees precise temperature control. Mechanical convection maintains a stable temperature environment and provides quick recovery after opening the door. A safety thermostat is located on the back of the unit. The insulated door has a large, double glass observation panel and opens nearly 180° for easy access. Two full and one half shelf are supplied with each incubator. A flat platform and pre-drilled flask platform (clamps sold separately) are available for the 211DS. Internal electrical outlet allows using small equipment such as GyroMini or Mini LabRoller Rotator inside the chamber of the 211DS.
The PHMT is actually three instruments in one. It can be used as a microtube thermoshaker, as a bench-top incubator or as a non-thermal simple shaker (suitable for cold room operation). The PHMT has a timer which can be set from one minute to 96 hours and has a resolution of one minute. It utilizes one of two microtube blocks (sold separately) to accommodate three different sizes of tubes. The 12V unit measures just 8W x 9D x 5H, and has a temperature range of ambient +41° to 212°F (+5° to 100°C).
The incubator-genie allows you to heat, rotate, rock, and shake all in one compact unit. The incubator is best for applications such as Gel & Blot staining, Cell or Bacterial Culture, as well as any application that requires mixing, washing, rocking, and temperature control of a sample. Our unique air circulation system gently and continuously guarantees temperature consistency throughout the entire chamber and mixing process. The unit is compatible with an extensive accessory line-up. Supplied with magnetic platform; one clip plate each for 10–13 mm, 15–17 mm, 28–30 mm tubes; four bag mounting strips; nonskid tray; stackable wire rack.

Serial Cable may be used to connect the Enviro-Genie to a computer via a serial port for data capture or programming. It is a standard 9-pin, female to female straight through serial cable.
Stackable Wire Rack may be used in the Enviro-Genie and the Incubator-Genie to increase shelf space for use as a temperature controlled chamber. This is included in the Enviro-Genie and the Incubator-Genie. Two wire racks will fit inside the chamber to provide 3 levels for containers
