Accuris Analytical balances incorporate electromagnetic sensor technology and precision mechanical components to offer superior weight determinations to a fraction of a milligram. Two capacity ranges are available in the Analytical Balance line to weigh samples up to 120g or 210g. Readability for both ranges is 0.0001g (0.1mg), with accuracy and linearity specifications that match up with the top brands in the industry. The W3100 balances tare and stabilize quickly to provide immediate results.
Both ranges offer an optional “Quick-Cal™” internal calibration feature that allows quick and convenient calibration without the need for a calibration standard weight. The glass draft shield enclosing the weighing chamber has sliding doors on the sides and top for easy access to the weigh pan. Leveling feet on the rear of the balance extend laterally to provide stability, and a sensitive leveling bubble aids in the leveling process.
The Accuris analytical balances have feature-rich software with different modes available for basic weighing in grams, ounces or carats, piece count weighing, determining percent deviation, and also check weighing for component inspection. The large, backlit LCD control panel is easy to see and easy to use.
The Accuris Series Dx Analytical Balances are robust, workhorse instruments that utilize Electromagnetic Force Restoration (EFR) technology. EFR is the gold standard for fast and reliable sub milligram mass determinations.
The waterproof and wear resistant front panel has been designed to hold up to spills and years of constant use. A brightly lit, dot matrix graphical display clearly shows weighing results and also enables an intuitive menu system that’s easy to work with. Useful features such as dynamic animal weighing, piece counting, percentage weighing and more are quickly accessible.
The front feet of the Dx balances are adjustable for proper leveling of the on a stable surface, and a leveling bubble behind the weighing chamber confirms proper installation.
A Quik-Cal™ calibration system helps ensure that the balance is always calibrated and ready for use. Simply press the CAL button to perform an automatic calibration using the internal precision calibration weight. Auto calibration can also be set to occur at specific time intervals depending on user preference.

Nimbus analytical balances combine innovative design with a compact footprint, occupying minimal space whilst retaining a high level of performance. Suitable for advanced weighing in laboratories, universities, medical research and vets. The Nimbus base is formed from a single piece of extruded aluminum, a material that provides superior temperature regulation. The single-piece construction offers greater stability, producing highly repeatable results. The weighing sensor in the Nimbus is crafted from a single block and contains fewer parts than a traditional force motor balance. This optimized internal mechanism is fabricated using hardened materials, helping the Nimbus tolerate rigorous laboratory use.
The Highland® portable precision balance offers advanced features in a compact, durable balance that stacks for easy storage.
Featuring multiple weighing applications including parts counting, percent weighing and accumulation, the Highland provides fast, accurate weighing in a few different environments – from science research in the laboratory or field, to manufacturing operations. Sturdy ABS construction allows the Highland to stand up to demanding lab use, while Highland’s ShockProtect® offers advanced overload protection to keep the balance safe. HandiCal® facilitates internal calibration without the need for external weights.
