MagStir Genie Magnetic Stirrer
Programmable high/low speed stirring and memory profiles are just two of the features of the MagStir Genie Magnetic Stirrer. A speed range of 10 to 1800rpm includes reverse and interval stirring, ideal for everything from gentle stirring for cell cultures to aggressive mixing for viscous polymers. Low, medium and high power levels handle various sample viscosities. Microprocessor control offers precise and reproducible operation without internal heat buildup. Manual operating mode includes stir, stir reverse, and time functions. In Profiles mode, operator can quickly program speed, ramp rate (from 5 to 300rpm/sec.), stir direction, time (from 1 second to 99 hours, including pause) and power level, in up to nine distinct steps. Memory will save up to four separate user-defined Profiles, and Automatic mode will recall and execute any one of them. Digital display. Maximum capacity: 11 lbs (5kg).
